Chalet-Hotel Neige et Roc has 48 rooms in two buildings, including 12 Superior Rooms, 4 Triple Rooms, and 6 Superior Corner Rooms with south exposure, surface area of 22 m2. The hotel features 2 Luxury Suites (45 m2) and 3 Junior Suites (31 to 50 m²), plus 14 studios with a kitchenette for weekly rent. Junior Suites have two bedrooms: one double and one with twin beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a balcony overlooking the Haute-Savoie mountains. Each room is non-smoking and includes wooden floors. Twin Rooms range from 18 to 20 m² and have balconies with views of the mountains, tennis court, swimming pool, or park. Superior rooms have views of the mountains. Triple Rooms (20 to 22 m²) have a double bed, a single bed, and mountain views.

The restaurant at Neige et Roc serves traditional semi-gastronomic cuisine using local produce. The restaurant features dishes with fish from alpine lakes, perch, trout, Arctic char, and crayfish. Savoyard specialties, like fondue, are available, as are vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free meals. Olivier selects wines to accompany the dishes. Guests have always priority in the dining room. The dining room has disabled access.

Neige et Roc features a one-hectare park with a slide, swings, and a chalet with a games room. There are two heated swimming pools (28°C), one outdoor (open in summer) and one indoor (open year-round), with jets. Guests can use the jacuzzi, Turkish baths, sauna, gym, tennis court, and pétanque ground. A spa is available. Massages such as Drainage Lymphatique, Body massage and Foot reflexology massage are available.

Neige et Roc is located 900 m from the Grand Massif Express gondola lift, which provides access to Samoëns 1600 and the Grand Massif ski slopes in 8 minutes. Meythet is 80 km away. The hotel is at the departure of cycling routes, including the Col de Joux Plane from the Tour de France. In summer, activities include hiking, rafting, canyoning, via ferrata, mountain biking, and paragliding. A free ski-bus stops at the hotel every 15 minutes, taking you straight to the pistes.

Neige et Roc offers services for professional events with meeting rooms that include a video projector, screen, Wi-Fi, television, and flipchart. The team is available to help organize meetings. In summer, activities such as hill walking, rafting, riverboarding, and climbing are available. In winter, activities such as alpine skiing and cross-country skiing are available.
